Mr. Philip de Guzman Tuazon is a registered Electrical Engineer by profession from Far Eastern University. He finished his MBA degree in Ateneo de Manila University. He worked at United Container Corporation for more than seven (7) years as maintenance engineer, production supervisor, electrical engineering supervisor and production manager where he gained his core experience in electrical jobs both in power and control circuits. For more than 18 years, he worked in a multinational company, Omron Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

It is a high-tech Factory Automation Company where he held various positions as Application Engineer, Administrative Officer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Section Manager, Department Manager, Business Planning Manager and Chief Representative. He used to be the representative of Omron to the Federation of Electrical & Electronics Suppliers and Manufacturers of the Philippines (PESA). He is an active member of Toastmasters International and became the President of the Supreme Toastmasters Club in 2008.
